I founded CineDump back in 2015 with the idea to help promote local and underground talent and activity, and today we're doing just that! With a quick Google search, you’ll find that Roy Damm is loved just as much as he is hated, and while I can agree that Roy is a rather polarizing figure, he isn’t a bad guy.
Roy is an underground filmmaker, video archiving activist, and pop culture historian. He has dedicated his entire life to the art of video archiving. He started out archiving live concert recordings and is the only live music bootlegger with a legitimate licensing deal for the historic footage he has filmed. Currently, Roy is active in the preservation of movies that have no physical release.
See… he isn’t a millionaire, he’s just like you and me, another old white guy with a passion for physical media. And speaking of physical media, Roy Damm is your go-to guy for some of the most exceptional products out there. Seriously, what’s there not to love?
